Creative decor concepts that transform spaces in an unique way.

Each year, a (surprise) creative concept is executed for Otara Gunewardene's birthday. We brought flowers and foliage from their own gardens and we used up-cycled jars as points of storage. 

This year it was an installation made from handcrafted paper butterflies. I worked with two suppliers to create over 100 butterflies that were carefully strung on delicate thread. 

Over 500 handcrafted crepe paper flowers were installed for this decor project. Inspiration was Yayoi Kusama, contemporary Japanese artist. *Do not try this at home!
